XRP Price Analysis: Key Support Holds Amid Volatility, Is $2 Next?
XRP is trading near $1.31, up 1.4% over the past 24 hours, but this bounce has not yet reversed the lower-high structure. The immediate test is whether buyers can defend the $1.24–$1.32 demand zone and reclaim resistance, or whether support gives way before a move toward $2 becomes plausible. Here is our XRP price analysis.
Analysts place XRP inside that demand zone following a failed rebound near $1.40. Consecutive bearish daily candles have put sellers in control. The chart tells the story; the support response is the next piece of evidence to watch.

A correction weighed on crypto markets on October 18, with XRP down 1.80% alongside other major assets. XRP’s subsequent rebound, alongside Bitcoin‘s, points to short-term stabilization. But for now, these levels below matter more than the bounce.
XRP Price Analysis: Can XRP Hit $2 After Reclaiming $1.40?
At $1.31, XRP is testing the upper portion of the $1.24–$1.32 demand zone. Selling pressure remains a concern as cumulative XRP volume delta shows selling near $2 billion across tracked markets, a sign that aggressive sell flow has persisted.
First, buyers need to hold the zone and reclaim $1.32. The next hurdles are $1.38, near the 200-day moving average, and $1.40. A sustained daily close above $1.38–$1.40 would improve the breakout case; it would still leave $1.60 and the $1.80–$2.00 resistance region ahead.
Our prior XRP price analysis also identifies the $1.36–$1.37 retest and $1.45 reclaim as relevant thresholds. A move to $2 is possible, but it is not the next unimpeded step.

Base case: consolidation around demand until price proves otherwise. Bull case: a hold, followed by a sustained reclaim of $1.40, opens a test of higher resistance. Bear case: a break below $1.24 weakens the September base; a move under $1.20 would raise downside risk toward $1.00 and lower supports.
Which signal arrives first? For now, the support test, not the $2 target, sets the trade.
Maxi Doge Targets Early-Mover Interest as XRP Tests Support
XRP’s rebound offers some relief, but the structure remains fragile and the route to $2 runs through several resistance levels. That leaves a clear gap between a support bounce and a confirmed trend reversal. For traders looking beyond a large-cap setup, early-stage tokens offer a different risk profile.
