Renowned Web3 domain service provider – Unstoppable Domains – has unveiled the introduction of ‘Unstoppable Messaging.’ This new feature is an end-to-end encrypted Web3 domain messaging service that seeks to assist Web3 users in connecting with friends, keeping informed about their projects, and building communities in a decentralized way while ensuring privacy.
Unstoppable Domains also aims to enhance its features and has partnered with two messaging platforms for this purpose.
Unstoppable Messaging
As per the official press release distributed to CryptoPotato, Unstoppable Messaging is crafted with an emphasis on security and privacy. The messages, which are end-to-end encrypted, are stored on XMTP’s decentralized network, which is anticipated to guarantee that only users can access and decrypt them.
Additionally, users have the ability to manage who can send them messages by blocking specific users and adjusting their notification settings. The blockchain domain provider noted that users will have the capability to send messages to individuals on other XMTP-enabled platforms such as Coinbase Wallet and Lens apps. This can be accomplished by entering the recipient’s wallet address or domain.
Likewise, individuals utilizing an XMTP-enabled messaging application can send messages to their Unstoppable domain or wallet address, which will be shown within the Unstoppable app.

This recent development follows a month after the Web3 domain provider announced the addition of support for ENS domain endings.
It also introduced new features to facilitate the ownership of .eth domain names, such as providing auto-renewal for Ethereum-based domains, thus removing the necessity for users to manually remember the renewal process upon expiration.
