Trump’s HAIR Coin has surged by 19,000% in the past 24 hours, with the Solana-based cryptocurrency emerging as the latest political meme token to dominate market charts.
Following its listing on the Raydium decentralized exchange (DEX) in the early morning hours, HAIR quickly became the day’s top-performing asset, accumulating just over 1,500 holders.
However, after reaching an all-time high of $0.000680 a few hours after its launch, the token subsequently dropped to $0.0001708, marking a 75% decline from its peak.
While HAIR appears to be in a downward trend, other fundamentally stronger new meme tokens are gaining traction, with Dogeverse raising over $15 million during its presale phase.

As shown in the chart above, the token’s current price is significantly lower than its early morning peak.
Although there has been a slight uptick in the past hour, historical data from 06:00 indicates that while there have been minor rebounds, they have not reversed the overall downward trajectory.
Furthermore, trading volume has nearly vanished, a clear indicator of a struggling token that has failed to capture broader investor interest.
Given these factors, it may be prudent to avoid HAIR, even if it experiences a resurgence driven by increased interest in Donald Trump and the upcoming election, which could boost demand for tangentially related meme coins.
