Гендиректор Strategy назвал критический для компании курс биткоина0

The CEO of the largest corporate Bitcoin holder, Strategy, Phong Le, stated that financial risks for the company would only arise if were to drop to $8000 and maintain that level for five years.

During a press conference with analysts and investors, Phong Le explained that Strategy’s financial condition remains stable, and its corporate structure is more resilient than that of many market participants.

“Strategy has built a digital fortress based on 713,502 BTC and plans to move towards lending. However, if the price were to plummet by 90% to $8000, the valuation of our reserves would equal our net debt, and we would be unable to repay our convertible bonds,” Le clarified.

According to him, by the fourth quarter of 2025, the company had increased its free liquidity to $2.25 billion. These funds enable the coverage of bond payments and dividends on preferred shares for at least 20 months.

Strategy also does not face significant debt repayments until 2027 and does not require new financing for debt refinancing, Le stated. This, he noted, reduces risks to the company’s financial stability.

“I am not worried, we are not concerned, and no, we do not have problems,” Le emphasized.

The executive added that the market price of Strategy still exceeds the value of its Bitcoin reserves, and the convertible debt of $8.2 billion constitutes only 13% of its net worth.

Previously, analysts from Fintel reported that American pension funds that invested in Strategy’s shares lost up to 60% ($337 million) of their investments due to the decline in the company’s stock prices.
