The Tobique Gaming Commission (TGC) has awarded SOFTSWISS an international license for entities engaged in the iGaming sector.
The SOFTSWISS team, a prominent software provider in the iGaming field, has secured a one-year B2B Tobique Gaming license.
The permit was granted by the Tobique Gaming Commission (TGC) with the support of Differentia Licensing Advisory Group Limited (DLAG), which serves as a legal intermediary for licensing within the area. Specifically, DLAG performed the assessment and compliance checks of SOFTSWISS’s operations concerning:
- credit and debit card transactions;
- alternative payment solutions, including cryptocurrencies;
- adherence to bank settlement services;
- payment methods available to players.
