Their findings indicate that the sector’s revenue is projected to reach €51 million in 2024. This figure reflects consistent growth patterns and could rise to €64.9 million by 2028.
The primary catalyst for growth in this sector is the sports betting segment. Revenues from bookmakers are anticipated to hit €24.3 million in 2024. The demographics and preferences of local users are also evolving. For instance, sports betting is increasingly appealing to a younger demographic, with 51% showing a preference for eSports.
