Since the start of the year, the tokenized real-world asset (RWA) market has expanded by over 150%, surpassing $13 billion. The private credit sector constitutes the largest portion of this market.
As per data from the analytics platform RWA.xyz, the market volume for RWAs increased from $5.2 billion in early January 2024 to $13.2 billion by early November.
These statistics do not include the stablecoin market, which has a volume exceeding $179.5 billion.

Private credit constitutes the largest segment of the RWA market, accounting for approximately 70% of the total. The Figure protocol leads in this area, having issued over $10 billion in tokenized loans, with $8.6 billion still outstanding.
The overall value of tokenized assets on public blockchain networks amounts to $3.75 billion, with the rest issued on private networks. Ethereum is the predominant public blockchain for RWA tokenization, holding a 79% share of the total value of issued RWAs.
