Leading cryptocurrency wallet provider Ledger has revealed the introduction of a new trading and settlement network technology known as Tradelink.
This latest product is tailored for asset managers, custodians, and exchanges/OTC with off-exchange trading functionalities, aiming to simplify processes while enhancing operational efficiency.
- According to the company’s website, Tradelink facilitates trading across multiple exchanges without the need for on-chain liquidity re-balancing, while also maintaining custodial ownership of assets during off-exchange trading.
- Additional advantages include the ability to reduce trading collateral risks across various third-party platforms, seamless integration with preferred counterparties, optimized operations, and zero transaction fees, among other features.
- At the time of launch, partners will include asset managers like Laser Digital and Hodl Group, digital asset trading and orchestration platforms such as Wyden, OTC brokers/providers, and platform partners including Crypto.com, Bitstamp, Huobi, Wintermute, Coinsquare, NDAX, etc., who will have early access to all Ledger Enterprise clients at no extra cost.
