The well-known Solana meme coin DogWifHat (WIF) experienced a seven-day decline of up to 50% within 24 hours by the morning of Thursday, April 18, as reported by CoinGecko. However, its weekly losses have since moderated to approximately 31% at the time of this writing.

Among meme coins, WIF has faced some of the most significant losses during a market-wide downturn that has resulted in double-digit percentage declines across nearly all major cryptocurrencies over the past week.
