Web3 gaming platform Immutable has recently revealed a partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
This alliance is poised to transform the blockchain gaming landscape, paving the way for new opportunities for game developers within the cryptocurrency sector.
Immutable Enters AWS’s ISV Accelerate Program
As stated in an announcement on Oct. 10, Immutable has officially joined AWS’s ISV Accelerate Program, a sales initiative aimed at companies utilizing AWS services in their offerings. Immutable’s blockchain gaming technology, notably Immutable X, which is compatible with Ethereum, will now be integrated with AWS’s Activate program.
Immutable’s Chief Commercial Officer, Jason Suen, conveyed enthusiasm regarding the partnership, remarking, “By joining AWS ISV Accelerate and AWS Activate programs, we’re able to provide our extensive network of game developers with a turnkey solution for swiftly building and scaling web3 games.”
AWS Head of Startups, John Kearney, emphasized the importance of the gaming industry within the blockchain realm. He mentioned that many studios are investigating the incorporation of crypto technology into their games and expressed optimism for the future in this evolving sector. AWS is also actively involved with the Blockchain Game Alliance, demonstrating its dedication to promoting blockchain gaming.
AWS, recognized for its cloud computing solutions and data storage services, provides a variety of offerings tailored to the gaming industry. These encompass cloud gaming services, game servers, game security solutions, game analytics, video game artificial intelligence, and machine learning capabilities.
