According to Patrick, the approved issuers and assets include:

- Quantoz Funds (EURD, EURQ, USDQ).

Tether, the USDT issuer (the largest stablecoin by market capitalization), is absent from the list, with its regulatory status in Europe still unclear.
Additionally, 11 licensed crypto-asset service providers (CASP) are listed, including BitState, Crypto.com, Hidden Street, MoonPay, OKX, ZBX, Zebedee, as well as two entities each from Bitpanda and Boerse Stuttgart Group.
The MiCA regulation officially came into effect on December 30, 2024. Following this, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) urged crypto service providers to limit the acquisition of non-compliant stablecoins.
