ETHWarsaw Launches Its Second Edition Concurrently with Warsaw Blockchain Week

ETHWarsaw, a web3 conference and hackathon, hosted by a dedicated group of local Ethereum advocates, is returning for its second edition. Scheduled from August 31st to September 3rd, 2023, in Warsaw, Poland, the event aims to unite a global network of builders, founders, and educators in the web3 space.

Building on the success of its inaugural event, the second edition of ETHWarsaw is set to offer an improved experience, coinciding with the first-ever Warsaw Blockchain Week.

This collaborative effort, framed by the captivating mix of tradition and modernity that characterizes Warsaw, will feature community-organized side events, including conferences, networking gatherings, and social events.

The joint initiative is set to establish this year’s ETHWarsaw, for the second consecutive year, as the largest web3 conference in the CEE region, with Warsaw Blockchain Week being the most significant blockchain event ever hosted in Poland.

ETHWarsaw is designed to accommodate both experienced professionals and interested newcomers, including web2 developers and students. The conference will unfold over two engaging days filled with talks, panels, and fireside chats, organized into six primary tracks: DeFi, Scalability, Security, Infrastructure, Governance, and Non-Tech.

This year’s lineup of speakers features Marius Van Der Wijden from the Ethereum Foundation; Akram El Milligy from Ledger; Patrick McCorry from the Arbitrum Foundation; Artis from Gitcoin; and Adam Gagol from Aleph Zero.

Similar to the previous year, the overnight hackathon will commence on Friday evening, running as a 48-hour marathon of continuous development. Participants will have the chance to gain practical experience working with applications and advanced tools, with approximately $50,000 in prizes available from various competitions.

ETHWarsaw’s status as a center for innovation in the blockchain sector is continually bolstered by the remarkable success stories of projects that have emerged from the event.
