Celebrity poker player Antanas ‘Tony G’ Guoga secured a pot exceeding $300,000 this weekend on the CoinPoker platform, defeating an unidentified whale in a high-stakes 1000/2000 match.

This game was part of the Crypto Series of Poker (CSOP), which is offering $1 million in prize money across 41 tournaments.

During the hand, Guoga – who is also the founder of CoinPoker – called the bet of high-rolling user nvoskob1986, who had a two pair of Aces and fives, while Guoga held a two pair of Aces and Jacks.

The pot Guoga claimed is the largest recorded by TwoPlusTwo this month, but with the series continuing next weekend, it may not hold that title for long.

Hosted on CoinPoker, the game commenced with Tony G having 547,323 and his opponent, nvoskob1986, with USDT 152,413.

The opponent raised the pre-flop to USDT 6,000, to which Guoga responded with a 3-bet to USDT 18,000, before nvoskob1986 called at USDT 12,000.

This resulted in a flop valued at USDT 36,000, where Tony G bet USDT 36,750 and nvoskob1986 went all in with a raise to USDT 133,913.

Guoga countered by calling at USDT 97,162.70, leading both players to go all in during the turn and river rounds.

Ultimately, Tony G called nvoskob1986, who revealed a five of Spades, four of Diamonds, six of Hearts, and Ace of Clubs.

Guoga, on the other hand, had a ten of Clubs, Jack of Clubs, three of Diamonds, and Ace of Diamonds, sufficient to win the pot of approximately USDT 304,000.

This left Tony G with a stack valued at around $700,000 at the conclusion of the night.

Not the First Big Pot on CoinPoker

CoinPoker has a history of high-value pots, with Tony G previously winning the largest pot in online poker history in February 2022, amounting to $7.7 million.

Additional significant pots may occur before Sunday, April 28th, when the CSOP concludes.

The series has included and will include various poker events, such as freerolls, MonsterStack games, progressive knockouts, and pot-limit Omaha tables.
