Arthur Hayes disclosed the composition of his cryptocurrency portfolio., 2026/02/23 13:07:49

Co-founder of the cryptocurrency exchange BitMEX, Arthur Hayes, disclosed that his cryptocurrency investment portfolio currently includes Bitcoin and three altcoins.
These are Ethereum, Zcash, and Hyperliquid, the investor announced. Arthur Hayes specified that, in addition to cryptocurrencies, his portfolio consists of shares in gold mining companies, firms involved in silver, copper, and uranium extraction, major oil corporations, and Latin American energy companies, as well as gold.
Last year, Hayes acquired Ethereum and tokens from decentralized finance (DeFi) projects due to their growth and the interest shown by significant investors. In early August, the investor partially liquidated his holdings, selling large amounts of Ethereum, ENA, and PEPE coins for a total exceeding $13 million.
This was interpreted by the market as a response to anticipated corrections and a potential reallocation of capital into more stable assets. In early 2026, the investor sold ENA, LDO, PENDLE, and ETHFI tokens at a loss of nearly $3.48 million.
Previously, Arthur Hayes stated that Bitcoin would emerge from its downturn if the U.S. Federal Reserve began printing dollars to stabilize the Japanese government bond market.
