Abstract and K-Pop Agency Modhaus Collaborate to Provide Fans with a ‘Genuine Voice’
The Abstract blockchain has revealed a strategic alliance with the open architecture K-Pop agency Modhaus.
The press release distributed to Cryptonews indicates that Modhaus’s fan engagement platform Cosmo will be launched on Abstract. The partners expressed their intention to connect global entertainment with blockchain technology.
Cosmo is a platform that allows millions of fans to gather digital collectibles and voting tokens, which can be utilized to participate in specific decisions. Users can also collect digital photocards and engage in interactive quests.
Michael Lee, co-founder and CEO of Abstract, stated, “Cosmo is precisely what Abstract was designed for—a space where fans not only observe but also vote, collect, and synchronize with their favorite artists.”
Furthermore, transitioning to Abstract will offer Cosmo and its users enhanced performance and scalable infrastructure, according to the teams. They will also benefit from easier onboarding through email, Touch ID, or Face ID.
<p“fans will enjoy all the advantages of blockchain without needing to comprehend it,” announcement states, along with “a deeper integration into an expanding ecosystem culturally relevant, consumer-first applications.”
Modhaus CEO Jaden Jeong remarked, “fans deserve a genuine seat at the table—not merely as spectators, but as contributors in the creative process.”
He added that the collaboration with Abstract will allow Modhaus to establish an immersive and democratic standard for artist-fan interaction “without requiring fans to navigate the intricacies of blockchain technology.”

9 Million Minted Photocards
Abstract reports nearly 2 million Abstract Global Wallets have been deployed, with a user demographic primarily consisting of Gen A and Z consumers possessing “discretionary spending power in high-GDP markets.” This positions the chain as “a uniquely valuable platform for brands aiming to engage digitally native, culturally fluent audiences,” it asserts.
Meanwhile, established in 2021, Modhaus is a South Korean entertainment firm behind K-pop groups tripleS, ARTMS, and idntt. The company raised $8 million in a series A funding round in late 2023, bringing their total fundraising to $12 million.
The team contends that “fans should wield greater influence over the production of their favorite artists.” It emphasizes that “Modhaus will elevate the role of fans from simple consumers to decision-making producers.”
Cosmo has to date attracted 266,000 users, minted 9 million photocards, and recorded 1.5 million monthly transactions.

Additionally, the collaboration between these two entities emerges as the multi-billion global K-pop fandom market continues to expand, driven by digitally native users.
Regarding Modhaus’s groups specifically, tripleS has amassed 3.4 million followers and received the Best New Female Artist award at the prestigious 2023 MAMA Awards. Furthermore, ARTMS achieved #1 on Billboard’s Top New Artist Albums, accumulating over 24 million streams on Spotify.
Lee from Abstract concluded that “together, Cosmo and Abstract aren’t merely technology—they represent the prototype for a new cultural operating system. One that restores what the internet lost: enjoyment, ownership, and unrestrained creativity.”
