Bitget honors top projects by women entrepreneurs during Blockchain4Her event., 2026/04/20 13:13:40

Bitget, in collaboration with 0xConnect, hosted the second annual pitch competition for women entrepreneurs in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors, known as Pitch’n Slay. This initiative was part of Bitget’s global program Blockchain4Her.
The competition received over ten applications from creators of Web3 products at various stages of development, ranging from MVPs to fully operational services. Five projects advanced to the finals, which the organizers deemed most promising based on utility, product readiness, and development plans.
“The Pitch’n Slay competition is fundamentally different from all other initiatives conducted by Bitget. Through our global initiative Blockchain4Her, we aim to support women entrepreneurs and provide them with the opportunity not only to create a blockchain product but also to bring it to market. We are prepared to assist not only financially, through grants and prizes, but also by sharing expertise and networking opportunities,” stated Lilia Malikova, marketing manager for Bitget in the CIS.
The competition unfolded in three phases: initial scoring and project evaluation, selection of five finalists, and an offline presentation before the jury. The jury comprised:
-
Dmitry Machikhin, founder of BitOK, recognized by Forbes as a leading innovator in blockchain, and listed in Chambers among the most influential FinTech experts.
-
Raphael Manvelyan, one of the most recognizable voices in the Russian-speaking crypto community, author and owner of the channel “Tears of Satoshi.”
-
Alexandra Demidova, development director at Bits.media.
-
Esser Karlyk, SMO of Bitget MENA.
-
Vladimir Gorgadze, head of the blockchain department at MIPT and co-founder of Atomyze.
Participants presented their projects in person, responded to jury questions, and justified why their solutions deserved support. The total prize pool amounted to $8000: $6000 was provided by the competition organizers, while an additional $2000 was contributed by Raphael Manvelyan.
Winners of Pitch’n Slay 2026
The first place and a prize of $3000 was awarded to Angelina Tataurova from Belarus for her project YUPLAND. This project is a gaming Web3 ecosystem based on reputation, built on NEAR and expanding to TON.

The second place and $2000 went to Anastasia Smirnova for her project Lockt — a marketplace for trading cryptocurrency assets that are in the vesting process. The third place and $1000 were awarded to Anna Kolodyazhna for her project RePlastic, which focuses on ESG initiatives through plastic recycling.
Fourth place was claimed by Narine Bagunts with her project Cryppush, which integrates algorithmic trading, process automation, and artificial intelligence. Fifth place was secured by Ludmila Shpagina with her project Heirlink. This platform is designed for managing inheritance and access to assets in Web3 and corporate environments, addressing the issue of lost access to wallets, treasury, and other resources. The participants who placed fourth and fifth received $1000 each from Raphael Manvelyan.
The event also featured guest experts who shared insights on business development, marketing, and technology.
