Stablecoin company KAST has appointed Brad Jaffe as its chief communications officer, as announced on Wednesday. Jaffe previously led global communications at the cryptocurrency exchange Binance for more than three years.
During his tenure at Binance, Jaffe managed strategic communications through a period characterized by significant regulatory challenges alongside rapid growth. At KAST, he will be responsible for global communications, brand strategy, and engagement with regulators and stakeholders, as stated in a press release.
This represents the most recent significant appointment at KAST, which has made over 300 hires in the previous year across engineering, product, and compliance, sourcing talent from various fintech and crypto companies including Circle, Stripe, and Airwallex.
“KAST is designed for individuals who require financial solutions that function dependably—entrepreneurs working globally, professionals receiving compensation in digital currencies, families transferring money internationally, or individuals seeking a more stable method to manage and utilize value,” Jaffe remarked. “The current opportunity is to transform this infrastructure into trusted financial tools that people can depend on.”
“Brad has directed communications on a global scale during crucial periods in this sector. That insight will assist us in shaping the next stage of KAST’s development,” noted Raagulan Pathy, Founder & CEO of KAST.
