On Tuesday, the whale tracking service Whale Alert disclosed that a whale moved 4.6 trillion SHIB tokens valued at approximately $38.35M from an unidentified wallet to another unidentified wallet. Following the launch of the highly anticipated L2 Shibarium mainnet by lead developer Shytoshi Kusama last week, the network experienced a significant load and entered a fail-safe mode.
After two days of testing and adjusting settings, Shibarium is nearly set to reopen to the public, as announced by Shytoshi Kusama today. It has been enhanced with a new monitoring system and additional fail-safe features, including rate limitations at the RPC level and an automatic server reset.

Transfers and acquisitions of SHIB to “0x95B5” have been noted for over a month. There may also be a connection to the Shibarium validator if the transaction pertains to a token for the mainnet validator. A minimum of 10,000 BONE tokens must be staked for a user to be eligible as a validator.
As the Shiba Inu development team continues to test and evaluate the Shibarium chain, the prices of Shiba Inu and Bone ShibaSwap exhibit significant fluctuations. At the time of this report, SHIB is trading at $0.000007919 and has decreased by 0.42% in the last 24 hours according to data from CMC.
