  • The Shibarium beta network currently boasts 14,061,584 wallets.
  • The network has handled a cumulative total of 4,552,506 transactions, averaging 68,782 per day.

The Shiba Inu ecosystem’s layer-2 network solution, Shibarium, is experiencing significant advancements in its beta testing phase. Merely four weeks after its relaunch with an enhanced Chain ID, the beta version of the network, Puppynet, has already accumulated over 14 million wallets.

As reported by Puppyscan, the official block explorer for Puppynet, the Shibarium beta network currently has 14,061,584 wallets. These statistics may reflect the anticipated response to the launch of Shibarium.

Rapid Growth in Short Span

Only one month after its redeployment on March 24, the test network has achieved this milestone. When the testnet resumed on April 13 after a downtime of 14 hours, the wallet count had increased to 3,122,259 (3.12 million). Remarkably, the number of wallets on the test network has surged by 350% in just nine days, reaching a total of 14 million.

Furthermore, Puppynet’s performance in other metrics has also seen improvement. At the time of this report, the network has processed a total of 4,552,506 transactions, averaging 68,782 daily.

Additionally, the network has processed a total of 489,457 blocks to date. Despite the heightened activity, the average block time remains unchanged at 5 seconds. The increase in various metrics and performance indicators suggests that intensive testing is currently underway on the Shibarium beta network.

Meanwhile, there has been a growing interest in Bone ShibaSwap (BONE), which functions as both a governance token for ShibaSwap and a gas token for Shibarium. Recently, OKX has highlighted this asset to consumers as one of the meme tokens it may consider listing, providing them with a total of five options.
